Private and Semi-Private Sessions


Prepare to truly breathe, learn deep body awareness and Move your body in a way that brings balance and healing to your system.

Rooted in alignment, these Sessions focus on organizing our complex bodies with gentle exercises at the Springwall, Ballet Barre and on the Mat.

To Move Beautifully is to connect within yourself on a deeper level, to organize your body Movement from the inside out and to allow it to come to the surface to beautifully express all that you are.

These Movement Sessions help bring your body out of pain and into deeper, balanced strength and alignment.

Private Sessions

We will dig deeper into the workings of your own personal body, through education, Movement/exercise and homework. Private sessions may include work on the Reformer, Springwall, Ballet Barre and/or on the Mat. Sign-ups are available by booking here; availability is limited and on a first come, first serve basis.

All Sessions are one hour, 15 minutes in length and can be in person or virtual.

Semi-Private Sessions

Semi-Private Sessions with Lauren are a tool to help women reset entire bodies and pelvic floors through specialized movement work.

Rooted in alignment, this Session focuses on organizing our complex bodies with gentle exercises at the Springwall, Ballet Barre and on the Mat.

All Sessions are held in person. Four person max.

- Payment required upon booking Session

- Single Sessions and 4 Packs expire 2 months from date of purchase

- Expiration dates are firm and will not be extended

- All Sessions adhere to 48 hour Cancellation Policy. Any Session cancelled within the 48 hour period before scheduled Session will incur the full rate or be deducted from pre-paid sessions
